Trees, yeah!  Trees!

An often forgotten paradigm when considering valuation in real estate and residential real estate.

We believe and think, the number of trees on a residential lot (not included with forests) SHOULD BE a greater consideration when valuing real estate for Peoria, Illinois and around the proverbial globe.

In other words, often times buyers of real estate simply evaluate the house metrics and potentially forsake the actual value of the lot.

In other words, completely empty lots and plots and lots of land are often valued the same amount.  Huh, weird, right?

If you were to install a tree on a plot of land the cost is estimated in Illinois at $400 - $2,400 per tree.

Some of our unique plots contain roughly 10 trees!!!!  

Averaging a total of $16,000!!!
