Peoria, Illinois Libraries

Books, yeah, Books!  The most ideal place for great books, is a litter place that 'used to be' named Teppers Gift and Party.  This is Teppers!  (read more about David Tepper gift & party in the modern age - HERE!.  Now, renamed 'The Book Nook' on University in Peoria, IL.  For free reading of books, the perhaps, most prestigious, cultured and almost unknown spot is the library featured in the picture below.  Looks like some sort of Royal English library of sorts.  (*as seen in this picture slightly left of the proverbial 'centerplace'...)  In some people's opinion, the library has been known to rival the academies and libraries found in the House of Lords.
